Dream Drop Distance!

At Jump Festa recently Square Enix showed the trailer for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance. Which if you haven’t seen yet you’re in for a treat.

From what Yen Sid explained at the end of Re:coded, with Xehanort’s Nobody and Heartless both defeated, Xehanort will return. And from what I can gather from what Yen Sid says is that the worlds in this game have fallen into sleep and Heartless can’t get to them. So instead we get the Dream Eaters which are both friends and foes. That’s a fun twist that should bring some different strategies to the game.
I’m guessing that Sora and Riku’s mark of mastery exam has something to do with the plot.

There will be appearances by characters from The World Ends With You, which I regret to say I haven’t played yet but it is on my list.

I am glad to see that The Hunchback of Notre Dame is finally making its debut into the Kingdom Hearts universe. That film is one of my personal favorites. I hope we have a boss battle with Frollo. Maybe atop Notre Dame itself?

I like the idea of the Three Musketeers world but I am wondering if the Musketeer Mickey, Donald, and Goofy are the same ones from Disney Castle and the rest of the series.

There will be a world based of the Pinocchio film (not just Monstro, I’m getting sick of being inside that whale) Maybe we’ll see an appearance from Honest John, Gideon, and Stromboli as well as the Blue Fairy. I don’t think bouncing around inside Monstro has given the Pinocchio film enough room to be a fun world in our favorite series.

The most recent film to be included in the ever-growing list of worlds is Tron Legacy and Tron himself will return but as Rinzler who pretty much just purred in that movie. Maybe we’ll see an appearance by Clu?

Everyone’s favorite Axel/Lea has returned which makes me especially happy
(After 358/2 I think we all wanted more Axel) He doesn’t have the little tear drop thingys under his eyes so my guess is that since Axel died in KHII and his heartless (maybe the Dark Thorn from the first Beast’s Castle visit or the Volcanic Lord from Agrabah?) have been defeated that like Xehanort, Lea has returned. Some of the other Organization XIII members look like they have also returned but as their original selves. I hope we get to see Isa again.

What confuses me is that Xehanort’s heartless and Xemnas both make appearances but so does young Xehanort as well as Vanitas. 2 of them Sora and Riku have already defeated. And Aqua and Ven got rid of Vanitas. But then again Malificent has been defeated quite a few times and is still kicking around.
So far this game looks fantastic. And I can’t wait to play it.

Boss Strategies of Kingdom Hearts 1 ~ Clayton + Stealth Sneak

I just barely started a replay of the original Kingdom Hearts game, and I've got to say that after all these years of playing the game, I am still frustrated at the final boss fight of Deep Jungle. How is it that there is such an incredibly hard boss so early in the game? Clayton and the Stealth Sneak offer such a hard challenge that I usually give up and try again a day or two later. Not this time.

I kind of figured out a little trick that I hadn't known about the last 10+ times that I've fought the Clayton and Stealth Sneak combo. Normally I go in, keyblade blazing, and just whacking the crap out of the Heartless until Clayton falls of, which actually makes the battle harder, because you have two targets instead of just one. So this time I was just goofing around and spamming blizzard like a madman on the Heartless, and to my surprise Clayton stayed on, instead of falling off like he normally does. This was surprising, because the Shadow Sneak's health was below half and I wasn't dying.

Eventually I completely ran out of magic and ethers so I had to rely on whacking the beast with the good ol' Kingdom Key. After a final combo hit, Clayton flew off and the Stealth Sneak was more than half-way dead. So I continued whittling down the Heartless's health until it was gone, which wasn't too difficult and then I focused entirely of Clayton, obviously. Without time for him to use one of his potions from his infinite stock because I was using Fire like a boss, and continuously smacking him around, the fight went by pretty quickly.

There you have it, I hope this was helpful and you might be able to use the information here to help rid Deep Jungle of those horrible creatures.

And by the way, Merry Christmas! I hope you got all the good stuff on your wish list.

Roxas-The Nobody with a Heart

Roxas is a key character in the ever-complicated story of Kingdom Hearts.

Roxas was created when Sora released his own heart to restore Kairi’s, making Sora become a heartless for a short while but long enough for Roxas to come into existence. Thus Roxas and Sora co-existed but Roxas lacked any memories. And Roxas being Sora’s nobody, he obtained the power to use the Keyblade, something Organization XIII needed to achieve their goal. Therefore Roxas became the 13th member or Organization XIII.

Axel and Roxas and later Xion become best friends. But once Xion learns the truth about her origins she escapes the Organization and later forces Roxas to fight her. After the intense battle she dies in Roxas’s arms and vanishes becoming part of Roxas. This causes Roxas to be able to use 2 Keyblades. He then runs from the Organization where he encounters and battles Riku. Riku defeats Roxas after unleashing tthe darkness within his heart and taking the Appearance of Xehanort’s Heartless. This is where DiZ comes into play and places Roxas in the Virtual Twilight Town where Kingdom Hearts II begins.

DiZ’s goal is to unite Roxas and Sora so that Sora may regain all of his memories and strength after the events of Castle Oblivion. DiZ somehow changes Roxas’s memory so that he believes he lives a normal life in Twlight Town with his three best friends Hayner, Pence, and Olette. As Sora’s memories are restored by Naminé, Roxas begins to see flashes of these memories. Roxas encounters Naminé, Riku, and even has a connection with Kairi. The Organization sent Axel to find Roxas and bring him back. DiZ stops Axel from capturing Roxas and tells him to go to the Old Mansion. Here is when Roxas learns he must reunite with Sora to become whole. Naminé tells him that they will meet again even if they do not recognize each other. Axel tries to stop him, but Roxas, with regret, defeats him. Roxas then rejoins Sora to become his original self.

During most of KH II the Orgainzation members refer to Sora as if he is Roxas. This is confusing the first play through KH II but one a second play through it makes perfect sense. When Axel dies after saving Sora before entering The World that Never Was, it awakens Roxas. Roxas then attacks Sora, wondering why Axel sacrificed himself to save Sora. Roxas then realizes that Sora is who he is because of his friends. This is all takes place in Sora’s mind as a mental struggle between the two.

Roxas appears beside Naminé before Sora and Kairi before the final battle. They are all happy to meet again and become whole. As long as Sora and Kairi are together, Roxas and Naminé will be together.

Now why do Roxas and Ventus look so similar? Since Ventus’s heart resides inside Sora’s, when Roxas was created his appearance was influenced by Ventus’s heart. In fact Roxas’s 2nd Keyblade is Ventus’s keyblade awakened after many years. Since Xion became part of Roxas, their keyblades became the same.

Roxas is a key character in the story and plays a big role throughout KH II.

Axel: The Nobody with a Heart's Influence

Axel is a very popular character from the Organization. For most people, he's even their favorite member, and why not? He's funny, cool and has a pretty dominant role in three Kingdom Hearts games.

Lea in Birth by Sleep:
As we know, a Nobody is created when someone who has a very strong will succumbs to the darkness and becomes a Heartless. The body that is left behind becomes reanimated, but it doesn't have a heart, thus a Nobody is born.
Lea is the Somebody to Axel's Nobody. The only time we see Lea is during Ventus's story. Ven is feeling very down and thinking that he doesn't have any friends and is sitting around Radiant Garden when Lea and Isa (Isa being Saix's Somebody) come walking by and see him holding his makeshift Keyblade.
After a bit of talking Ven and Lea have a battle of sorts, which we don't actually get to witness, and Ventus appears to be the winner. The two talk a little bit longer and say that they are friends now.

Axel in (Re:)Chain of Memories:
Appearing in quite a few different key moments within the game, Axel has a major role within these games. The first "boss battle" in the game for Sora is fighting Axel.
As seen in 358/2 Days Axel and the rest of the Organization that goes there, are sent to capture the keyblade wielder. But during their time there, Marluxia is trying to gather some dissenters in the Organization and take over the rest of the Organization. Axel, being a double agent, helps put a stop to Marluxia and in the end Sora is able to deafeat the pink-haired member because of it.
A cool side note, Axel is the only Organization member to appear in both Sora's story and Riku's.

Axel in 358/2 Days:
This is probably Axel's biggest role within the series. In KH2 we are able to glean that Axel and Roxas are best friends, but how come and why, we weren't actually able to discern. So with the installment of 358/2 Days we saw everything that transpired between them. Literally every day (except those at the very beginning and when Axel was at C.O. and lost) Axel went to the top of Twilight Clock Tower and had ice cream with Roxas, and eventually Xion as well.
There is a lot of character development that goes on in these short conversations between Axel and his friends. But one of the biggest revelations from the game is that Axel appears to have feelings, but not only that a heart. No official reason behind this exists, but it is to be believed that a major reason Axel acts the way he does is because he's so close to Roxas, who in fact does have a heart, so he's "borrowing" the feelings from Roxas, when he can't do it himself.

Axel in Kingdom Hearts II:
In the beginning of the game when you're still playing as Roxas, Axel is very predominant. When this game came out, nobody knew who Roxas was, or what Axel had to do with him, so it was really confusing. Having this dude chase you and tell you things like, "I'm your best friend," was strange. But you couldn't help but like the guy.
Within the first couple of hours as Roxas you are actually forced to fight Axel two different times, and the second time is pretty amazing. It reveals the power Axel really has and that, yeah, he really is cool.
After the intro with Roxas, Axel kind of disappears for a while. There are a couple of cut scenes with Pluto running around through Destiny Islands and The World that Never Was, finding Axel and taking him to Kairi, but beyond that we don't really see much.
The end of the KH2 is where Axel is probably the coolest character you've ever seen. Sora is trapped in a room with thousands of Dusk Nobodies and you have Axel fighting with you to defeat all of them. Eventually Axel goes all out and uses an amazingly powerful attack and destroys the rest of the Dusks. This pushes Axel to the limits and causes him to exhaust himself enough that he actually dies.

The Music of Kingdom Hearts Part 1

One thing that makes Kingdom Hearts so magical is the music, composed by Yoko Shimomura. It sets the atmosphere and mood for the entire game. In this article I will analyze the top 10 songs that I think are the best for background music.

10~Hallow Bastion/Radiant Garden From
Kingdom Hearts I/II
Hallow Bastion is a dark evil castle, and the score gives it an unsure atmosphere. But once it becomes once again to Radiant Garden, the atmosphere changes to a re birthing atmosphere.
The scores are both similar but they change to set different moods.

9~Monstrous Monstro from Kingdom Hearts I
Monstro is an odd world. So therefore the score has to be odd. Monstrous Monstro does just that. With the atmosphere from Pinocchio and a kinda bouncy tune, Monstrous Monstro lets you kinda feel what inside an angry whale might be like.

8~The Keyblade Graveyard from Birth by Sleep
Where many Keyblade wielders have fallen. The score for the Keyblade Graveyard is a sorrowful and banished atmosphere. The score captures this perfectly and makes you almost feel nervous for whats upcoming.

7~Space Paranoids from Kingdom Hearts II
When your in Space Paranoids, you feel crunched, or at least I did. The score switches mid way from a calm tone to an upbeat bit. It fits being in a computer perfectly.

6~Castle Oblivion from Chain of Memories
The score on the 13th floor in Castle Oblivion is just mystic. As you travel through the mixed up rooms, the score gives you a feel that your coming to a difficult point.

5~Neverland from 358/2 days
The score from Neverland in 358 is a mellow but fun score that sets the more curious side of the Neverland we've visited again and again. It gives the feel of limitless when you fly around with Tink's magic pixie dust. I think that Neverland is one of the funnest worlds in the entire series.

4~Waltz of the Damned from Beasts Castle
We all know the Story of Beauty and the Beast. The waltz-y mix with a quick flow gives off the unfortunate atmosphere the inhabitants of the Castle have been cursed too.

3~End of the World from Kingdom Hearts 1
The score for End of the World gives the emptiness atmosphere End of the World needs. With the End of the World your trying to make your way through nothingness and fighting heartless.
The choir chorus of the dreary death be a coming gives you the feeling, I'm near end!

2~ Sacred Moon from The World that Never Was.
Using a similar but different choir chorus as End of the World, Sacred Moon show the sorrow of the nobodies. It fits the mood of midnight with the Kingdom Hearts moon shining down on the city.

1~ Lazy Afternoons from Twilight Town
My favorite score from the entire series. Lazy Afternoons gives the summer vacation, no worries small town atmosphere. It fits in perfectly with the end of Roxas's story with a hint of sunset.

What do you think? Is there a different score that deserves a place on my list?
Let me know what you think!

His Name is Vanitas

***Please note that this article contains major spoilers. So if you haven’t played Birth by Sleep yet, go play it, and then come back and read this article.***
Vanitas or The Masked Boy is one of the main antagonists in Birth by Sleep. He is the embodiment of Ventus’s darkness that Master Xehanort unlocked. The keyblade he wields is called the Void Gear. The plan was to have Vanitas -pure dark- , and Ventus -pure light- to forge the ever powerful χ-blade. But Ventus needed to get stronger. Vanitas tricks Ven into going after Terra once Terra leaves and thus playing out the entire story of Birth by Sleep. Vanitas appears through out the story taunting Terra, Aqua, and Ven. Towards the end of the story, Vanitas lures Ven to the Keyblade Graveyard. Once our heroes enter the final battle, Ven is frozen and Vanitas delivers a mighty blow to Aqua and just as he’s about to finish her for good, Ven uses all is might to break free from his frozen prison. This is where Ven and Vanitas finally clash. Once Vanitas is defeated the first time, he reveals he is the cause of all the Unversed. Then Ven and Vanitas are transferred into a Dive into the Heart, where Vanitas is weilding an incomplete χ-blade. To complete it he must fight Ven, but Ven refuses to let it be completed, no matter what it takes. While all this is happening, Aqua and Mickey find a Ventus possessed by Vanitas wielding a complete χ-blade. After the intense battle, with both Ventus possessed by Vanitas and Vanitas wielding the incomplete χ-blade, Vanitas is vanquished, but Ven enters a coma-like state.
Once he is defeated you can play as Aqua, Terra, or Ven to fight Vanitas' Remnant in the Keyblade Graveyard which is a crazy difficult fight. If you defeat him, you obtain the Void Gear keyblade.

For Kingdom Hearts III I can see Vanitas returning, even though he was defeated, and I’ll tell you why.
One thing you probably noticed was the Vanitas unmasked looks exactly like Sora, only with black hair. Either that’s just a fun coincidence or there is a connection, so when Ven awakens in KHIII will he think Sora is Vanitas?
Another thing is Vanitas was Master Xehanort's right hand man. When Xehanort returns,
he’ll probably want his assistant back, and him being an all powerful Keyblade master he must know some way to re summon him.
And Vanitas controls all of the Unversed. Right now we have Heartless and Nobodies, & Xehanort probably can control them since Xehanort’s Heartless and Xemnas controlled them both before. Having all three enemies at his disposal would make him even more powerful.
Come on Nomura, don’t use an awesome character only once!

What do you think? Am I totally off, will Vanitas stay gone forever? Please Comment with you thoughts.

The Star Seeker

Most of you probably already know what the star seeker is. It is a keyblade that you obtain after Sora gets his new clothes in KHII. As it is only the second one you get, it isn't very powerful. It gives you  +3 Strength and +1 Magic with the Air Combo Plus ability which "Increases maximum combo by 1 when in midair." It also can't be used by anything except Valor Form until you get a third keyblade.

In 358/2 Days The King has it as an unlockable keyblade when attaching the Pandora's Gear and is much stronger that his Kingdom Key D.

This is the part that you probably haven't thought of before. Mickey has the Star Seeker as his keyblade in BBS, but he doesn't use it in 1, CoM, 2, or in 358/2 Days because of the reasons that I wrote about in this article. But Mickey does start using it again in Re:Coded.

What this made me think about is is the Star Seeker Yen Sid's keyblade? In Birth by Sleep it says that Yen Sid has renounced his being a keyblade master and probably along with that using a keyblade. So with Mickey being his pupil in BBS I though maybe Yen Sid allowed Mickey to use the Star Seeker as his blade.

Another supporting idea is Sora obtains the use of the Star Seeker while he is inside The Mysterious Tower that, as we know, Yen Sid lives.

What do you think? Does my theory make any sense, or do you have evidence otherwise to disprove it? Please comment in this post. Thanks for reading!

What's Up With Us?

I know its been nearly three months since we've bothered updating our little corner of the internet, but rest assured, there are good changes coming.

Since Summer is just around the corner, both Lime Face and I will start updating daily with posts both big and small. It gets to become very difficult to think of something to write about every day, so if all of you would please leave a comment on our posts or on our Facebook page (more on that in a second) telling us what you'd like us to talk about or you could vote in our new poll. That would help us out a lot.

Now we are on Facebook! Most everybody in the world has a Facebook page, and so we decided we should too! If you look over on the right you will see a little widget to "like" us on Facebook and keep updated on what we are doing through there.

Yen Sid's Library Facebook Page

The last thing I want to tell you is that we are going to be adding separate pages here and you can find them on the right as well. The newest one we've added is the "About Us" page. This is just to let you know who your people from Yen Sid's Library are and that we are in fact human.

About Us Page

Thanks for keeping up and we hope that you will return and will like to read what we have to offer. Remember, if you like Kingdom Hearts, this is the place to be!

Miniature Update

Yeah, yeah, I know. I haven't updated anything in nearly a month. You try to be creative and have some meaningful work done every day!

On a brighter note Axel has won the favorite "Favorite Organization Member" poll with a staggering 7 votes! Yay Axel!

Since that poll is over, how about vote in the new one? I want more votes this time.

Limeface and I will get better at writing little tidbits for you, in between battles on Pokemon Black and White. Which are stellar games, by the way, nothing as good as Kingdom Hearts, mind you.

Well, thanks for reading, mates! Have an awesome day!

I am Mushu!

Mushu is the fun loving dragon from Disney's 36th theatrical animated feature Mulan.
~In Kingdom Hearts I Mushu appears as a summon, where he breathes fireballs to attack foes. He joins Sora after the 1st battle against Malificent's Dragon Form.
~In Kingdom Hearts (re:) Chain of Memories he appears a Summon Card, obtained through the Key of Rewards in Hallow Bastion.

~In Kingdom Hearts II Sora, Donald, and Goofy meet Mushu again when they visit Land Of Dragons, where Mushu immediately recognises Sora, Donald, and Goofy from his time as a Summon.
~Also KHII Mushu is also part of the Limit Command Red Rocket with Mulan. It has Mushu breath fireballs all over with the finishing move of "Red Meteor" which has Mushu shoot a barrage of fireballs into the sky.
~In Kingdom Hearts Mushu is voiced by Mark Moseley, who is Eddie Murphey's voice double.
~Mushu is an over all fun character in both his movie and Kingdom Hearts. Thanks for Reading!

Demyx's Sitar

As all of us know Demyx is very anti-fighting. So instead of actually fighting he uses his sitar which is called Arpeggio to control water to fight for him. Arpeggio is shaped like the Nobody symbol and is varied in its hues of blue, as seen in the picture.
This weapon by itself is actually pretty weak, but can deal a bit of damage by swinging it and hitting an enemy. Though you yourself cannot do this, the best attribute is making water dance and attack. To get the Arpeggio version as a weapon in 358/2 Days have either the Zero Gear or absolutely no gear attached in your panels.

100 Acre Wood

The 100 Acre Wood is the mini game world of Kingdom Hearts.
~The book itself is owned by Merlin.

~Sora goes inside the book and finds Pooh Bear all alone think think thinking about where is friends have gone.
~Throughout both KHI and KHII you find the missing pages to the book to continue the many adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The pages are in the most random places, from The Cave of Wonders to the Oasis in the Pride Lands. I prefer to gather all the pages and then play through the world all at once but others prefer to play as they find the pages.
~The game play itself is more mini games. No Heartless, only fun loving talking animals. The area's of the world are direct from the movie/original book, the Spooky Cave, Piglets house, Rabbits house, ect. Sora takes the place of Christopher Robin.

~You meet Owl fairly often who explains the mechanics of the world.

~ You find Pooh's friends through a series of mini games, which give you good abilities or equipment to use in the other parts of the game. (I.E Curaga)
~In (re:)Chain of Memories you return to the Hundred Acre Wood, which in my opinion is best to save for the 10th floor. The whole floor is one big mini game with some side games where you have pooh follow you to his friends.
~In KHII it is fairly the same.
When you return to Hallow Bastion and visit Merlin's house, low and behold there the book is! Sora enthusiastically enters to reunite with his friends. But later the Heartless get to the book and the pages get lost once again. This incident causes pooh to lose his memory causing him to refer to Sora as "Somebody-I-Don't-Know". Once all of the pages are returned once again, Pooh is back to normal and Sora reassures Pooh and his friends they will always be in each others heart.
~The Future?
Possibly in KHIII we'll see the events of the upcoming Winnie the Pooh movie-in theaters July 15, 2011 (2011-07-15), take place.
Also the Original Winnie the Pooh e-book by A.A. Milne is available for free on iBooks.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Speculations

I don't have a lot of time to put a ton of effort into this article tonight, so accept my apologies.

Here's what I think is going to happen when Kingdom Hearts 3 finally is released.

First, Sora and Riku are going to be Keyblade Masters and are going to be looking for Aqua, seeing as she is the only one of the trio who still has control of herself.
Once they've united with Aqua, she will lead Sora and Riku to Castle Oblivion to wake Ventus up from his sleep. There will be some sort touching scene where Sora discovers that he has been housing Ventus's heart for quite some time.
Now that Aqua have been found, they're going to have to track down Xehanort, the one in Terra's body, and release Xehanort's control over Terra, probably from some epic battle. When that happens Terra will be overjoyed and there will be some major partying going on and everyone will be happy. They will fill Terra in on the plan and then go find the real Xehanort.
From there the five Keyblade Masters will have an incredibly long, multi-parted battle against Xehanort, the only man to have been both a Heartless and a Nobody, other than Sora, of course. Then everyone will go home and be happy forever because the Xehanort saga will be over and there is no more reason to be questing.

I know that's a very condensed version, but that's my take on this. What do you think? Do I sound ludicrous? Is what I've got to say completely insane? Make sure to tell me what you think in the comments below. Thanks for reading!

DiZ and his Secert Ansem Reports

**Spoilers**
Continuing from yesterday, Ansem the Wise was sent to the Realm of Darkness by Xehanort and the other aprentices after they became Organization XIII. Their betrayal resulted in his obsession with revenge. While residing in the Realm of Darkness, he wrote his own reports to keep his sanity. He also changed his name from the forged "Ansem" to DiZ or Darkness is Zero. His reports called The Secret Ansem Reports which expressed the results of the events leading up to his banishment, his transformation to DiZ, his befriending for Darkness and its' powers without being consumed by it.
How also he watched Sora and co. defeat Ansem Seeker of Darkness and seal Kingdom Hearts. He explains his escape from the Realm Of Darkness by means of Dark Corridors, his entrance to Castle Oblivion and Sora, Donald, Goofy, Mickey and Riku's time there. He also mentions Naminé and her creation as Kairi's nobody and her abilities. He moved Sora to Twilight Town's Old Mansion where DiZ was living at the time to recover his memories he lost during the events of Chain of Memories. Near the end of the reports he mentions his reunion with Riku who now takes the form Ansem Seeker of Darkness, and the luring of Roxas to the Virtual Twilight Town. The reports end with Sora, Donald, and Goofy's awakening.
Near the end of KHII, DiZ returns only this with out his mask. He carries a machine which he plans to turn Organizations XIII's Kingdom Hearts to data. But Kingdom Hearts can't be converted to data, and with some final words and apologizes to his friends and some bitter words to Xemnas, the machine explodes and "kills" him, the blast cures Riku of his Ansem form.

And that was the end of Ansem... or so we thought.
In the Secert Ending of Birth By Sleep or Blank Points, it shows Ansem sitting in the Realm of Darkness once again, so instead of dying he returned to the shores of the Dark Realm, slowly losing his memories. This is where Aqua meets him and they talk about the events above and Sora, giving Aqua hope.
Ansem is by far one of the most mysterious characters in the series and one of my personal favorites.

Ansem the Wise, Xehanort and the Ansem Reports

-Ansem the Wise(pictured right) is one of the characters responsible for the entire Kingdom Hearts series.
-Ansem The Wise was the Sage/King of Radiant Garden.
-He and His Apprentices,Braig, Dilan, Even, Aeleus, Ienzo, and Xehanort(pictured left), studied the Heart.
-He worried about darkness and what it was capable of. He conducted tests on Xehanort's heart, trying to discover his lost memories and to find secrets of the heart.
-King Mickey came to Radiant Garden by the newly discovered Gummi ship. Mickey and Ansem talked about many subjects including darkness.

-After Ansem forbade Xehanort to carry on with the experiments he used the laboratory built under the castle by Ansem and created his Nobody, Xemnas, and Heartless, Ansem Seeker of Darkness, as well the other apprentices-resulting in Organization XIII
-Ansem discovered the Ansem Reports that Xehanort had written under his name(Ansem wrote the 1st one)
-They sent Ansem to the Realm of Darkness where he became DiZ, where he also wrote his own
"Ansem Reports".

-Lets dwell on the Ansem Reports for a moment.

-As I said before The Ansem Reports were written by Xehanort under Ansem's name.
-They talk about Xehanort's findings when studying the heart, his discovery of the Heartless, his opening of Radiant Garden's door, his findings of Gummi's, his creation of Artificial or Emblem Heartless, and even his own creation of his own Heartless. What I found interesting in reading the reports again is that, in Ansem Report 11 he states "I have chosen a special girl. I do not know if she possesses the power of the Princesses, but there is a chance, and this is an experiment. She may lead me to the place where the one holding the key is... I shall send her off to the ocean of other worlds. " The girl is Kairi, leading him to Destiny Islands with Sora and Riku! I didn't know Xehanort was the one who sent Kairi to Destiny Islands. The Ansem Reports explain the plot majorly and are a must read for any Kingdom Hearts Fan.
